Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Act 1957.
3. Scope of Consultancy Guidance
Information, deliverables summaries, and spatial representations published on this site serve informational purposes. Formal technical consultancy agreements are subject to executed engagement contracts, signed scopes of work, and applicable municipal approval bylaws.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with the website or consultancy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.
